It is easy to buy on a whim when it's a dollar. I have lots of black and black and black in my wardrobe. This will be perfect for the one pair of brown boots I have.
This whole tutorial took about an hour. I was able to use some scrap beads to make something super cute. Total cost $1.oo.... if you need to purchase beads $3.00, but don't forget to rummage through drawers for things you already have. Enjoy.
